Warranty ( general info )
All Stigma® machines have a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase. Stigma® will repair manufacturing faults of the machines free of charge within 1 year from date of purchase.
Excluded from guarantee are wear parts caused by normal use. The motor is generally not covered by warranty because of the many factors that have influence on the lifespan of a motor when it was in use and a manufacturing fault ( malfunction from the beginning ) can be excluded.
We refer to our extremely high standard of quality production and end-control and the many external influences that can harm the functionality and that cannot be controlled by the manufacturer.
Please note that poor quality power supplies may reduce the lifespan of the motor. It is very important that "clean" electricity without fluctuations is provided at all times.
Also excess voltage will damage the motor. The use of the correct lubricant is very important as well...
Defects deriving from the use of force; wrong cabling; electrical or mechanical overloading from natural wear and tear or not following our instructions are not covered by warranty.
This is also the case when the machine is not cared for properly, when it felt down and became damaged or when it is used wrong ( wrong lubricant like oil, for example, or other liquids that run to the motor while spraying the machine with disinfection etc. ).
